231. The Common Mime (Papilio clytia clytia)

Number: 231
 Family:Papilionidae
Sub-Family: Papilioninae
Species: Papilio clytia clytia
Common name(s): The Common Mime
Rarity: Common
Habitat: Lowland Forested area (a.s.l. 500m)
Province(s) / Place(s) sighted: Phu Wiang National Park (Khon Kaen)

This is supposed to be a common butterfly, but I have only seen it a few times and it ALWAYS flies away at the slightest movement (maybe it is common but I always scare them off). I am not entirely sure which form this is. It seems to be The Common Mime form onpape, but this seems to only occur in peninsular Thailand and Malaysia. Maybe someone will know.
